Richard currently directs the technical sales team for ePN. Richard has an extensive 20-year history in the real estate settlement and title industry. Starting his career in mortgage originations and servicing, he moved across the aisle to settlement and title. Richard spent over 10 years as an Escrow and then Title Officer before finding his calling and passion as a title recording enthusiast. His extensive knowledge with post-closing operations, document quality control and recordation, funding condition curation and timely policy issuance brings tremendous value to the sales team.
