President
Chris brings over 12 years of experience in the real estate document recording industry, with a deep focus on Title and Escrow operations. As President of ePN, he has led major growth initiatives and overseen key operational divisions. His leadership continues to shape the company’s nationwide expansion and service delivery.

JERRY LEWALLEN
Chief Strategy Officer
A recognized leader in the eRecording space, Jerry has guided ePN since its earliest days. He brings decades of experience, including roles with land records vendors and leadership with PRIA, where he served as President and Board Member. Jerry continues to shape industry standards while steering ePN’s strategic growth.

PAM TROMBO
Vice President - Support
Pam has been instrumental in the evolution of eRecording, contributing to national standards and leading support innovation at ePN since 2011. She played a key role in Minnesota’s eRecording initiatives and advises on technical integrations across jurisdictions. Her depth of experience ensures clients receive knowledgeable, forward-thinking support.

RYAN CLEGG
Vice President - Operations
Ryan brings decades of expertise in real property recording and Title & Escrow operations. Since joining ePN in 2017, he has helped optimize workflows and compliance for recording clients nationwide. His hands-on knowledge of recording law and post-closing operations fuels operational excellence across the organization.

SHAWN RONEY
Vice President - Technology
Shawn has over 30 years in software development, with more than a decade focused on real estate and title technology. He leads ePN’s development team in creating practical, scalable solutions for recording challenges. His blend of leadership and technical insight drives innovation across the platform.

RICHARD CABAN
Director, Technical Sales
Richard has two decades of experience in title, escrow, and mortgage operations, with a specialized focus on recording and post-closing. His deep understanding of document quality control and policy issuance helps clients navigate the complex world of settlement services. VICTOR LEE
Director, Business Development
Victor brings 25+ years in enterprise software and eRecording, with a strong focus on emerging technologies like AI and machine learning.
